We aggregate publicly available movie information and streaming availability from third-party sources to build recommendations. We don't host, stream, or distribute any movies or copyrighted video content ourselves.
You need an account to use most features of the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You can sign up with an email and password, or sign in with Google. If you use Google Sign-In, your use is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy policy.

Movie information, posters, and reviews are sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB). Streaming availability is provided through JustWatch. We don't control these third-party services and aren't responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide. Links to streaming platforms take you outside our Service, where their own terms apply.
The MatchMeAMovie name, design, and underlying recommendation technology belong to us. Movie titles, posters, and related content remain the property of their respective owners and are used under the terms provided by our data sources.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that recommendations will always match your taste, that streaming availability information is fully accurate or current, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchMeAMovie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on streaming availability or recommendation accuracy.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post a notice on our site if we make significant changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
