The single most useful habit
Rate what you have already seen, the moment you see it. One click clears it and sharpens everything else.
If you remember one thing from this guide, make it this.
Seen it? Rate it there and then
Whenever For You shows you something you've already watched, rate it on the spot with the ★★★★★ under its poster. It's a single click, and it does two things at once:
- It clears that title away, making room for something you haven't seen.
- It teaches the engine and raises your clapper score.
Not for you? Press Not interested. That clears it too, and tells the engine just as much.

Watched something we recommended? Come back and rate it
Next time you visit, search for it and rate it. That's your housekeeping, and it pays you back: every honest rating makes the next recommendation better.
Strong opinions teach me the most. A 5-star or 1-star rating tells me far more than a polite 3.
Why it matters so much
The engine never sees what you watch elsewhere. Ratings, Not interested and your Watchlist are the only way it learns. A member who rates as they go gets noticeably better matches within days.
